1.1.7. User of the website "Miditator.Com" (hereinafter referred to as the User) – an individual who has access to the website "Miditator.Com" via the Internet and uses the information, materials, and products of the website "Miditator.Com".
1.1.8. "Cookie" — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer. This piece of data is sent back to the web server by the web client or web browser in an HTTP or HTTPS request each time an attempt is made to open a page of the corresponding site.

The Operator takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties, including but not limited to:
- using SSL encryption for data transmission;
- regularly updating the software used;
- regulating access to personal data and its delimitation.
5.5. The Operator, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The User has the right to:
6.1.1. Freely decide on providing their personal data necessary for using the "Miditator.Com" website and give consent to their processing.
6.1.2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case this information changes.
6.1.3. The User has the right to receive from the Operator information regarding the processing of their personal data, unless this right is limited in accordance with federal laws. The User has the right to demand from the Operator clarification of their personal data, their blocking or destruction if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take measures provided by law to protect their rights.

6.2. The Operator is obliged to:
6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2. Ensure the storage of confidential information in secret, not disclose it without the prior permission of the User, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose by any other possible means the transmitted personal data of the User, except for clause 5.2 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.3. Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data according to the procedure usually used to protect such information in existing business transactions.
6.2.4. Block personal data related to the respective User from the moment of application or request by the User, or their legal representative, or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.
7. Liability of the Parties
7.1. The Operator, who fails to fulfill its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, except for the cases provided for in clauses 5.2. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Operator is not liable if this confidential information:
- Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.
- Was received from a third party before it was received by the Operator of the Resource.
- Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the User and the Operator, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal or a proposal in electronic form for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).
8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the claimant in writing or electronically of the results of the consideration of the claim.
